I led the design of Autopilot, a system that centralizes Patreon's growth tools and uses intelligent automation to run campaigns on behalf of creators: right message, right fan, right time. The core design challenge was building trust in automation, giving creators enough control to feel ownership while making the default experience effortless.

Proofline

Founded Proofline to help technical operators articulate the through-line of their careers in high-stakes moments: extraordinary-ability green card petitions, in partnership with a top law firm. I designed the service AI-native from the start, spanning sales, intake, narrative strategy, and the translation of dense technical work for non-technical readers. The design problem wasn't a UI. It was the service blueprint: where AI earns its keep, where human judgment is load-bearing, and how to orchestrate the handoffs.

I designed a system spanning five surfaces owned by different teams at Spotify; the core challenge was creating coherence across contexts, modalities, and team boundaries.
