Hi There,

My name is Ashley. I'm a product designer based in Brooklyn, currently at Patreon, where I led 0→1 key growth initiatives. Before that, I designed at OpenSea, Spotify, BCG Digital Ventures, Deloitte, and LinkedIn — working across the creator economy, web3, and enterprise. I studied HCI, Design, and Data Science at Carnegie Mellon.

I was born and raised in Shenzhen — China's Silicon Valley — and moved to the U.S. at 15, spending my first few years with a Swedish host family. My experiences have taught me to embrace the diversity of ways people think and interact with things, thus shaping me as a designer. Immigration is a big part of my story. On the side, I run Proofline, an AI-powered consultancy I built to explore what one person can do with modern tooling to help top talents articulate the through-line of their career and position it for high-stakes moments, such as U.S. talent green card application.

Outside of work, I read, surf, draw, and spend a lot of time seeking out good coffee and good food with people I like.
