I led the design of Autopilot, Patreon's automated growth and retention system for creators. The core design challenge was building trust in automation: giving creators enough control to feel ownership while making the default experience effortless. Since launch, Autopilot has driven 3.6M+ signups and 52K+ conversions to paid memberships across campaign types.
